François-Régis Montazel

Prior, FR was Managing Director of EFG Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. since the setting up of the Bank in 2006 (banking license received in January 2006) and until December 31, 2014, managing around 100 persons, all dedicated to the private banking industry for an international UHNW clientele.
Before EFG, FR has worked as Managing Director of a Luxembourg PSF and prior worked in the tax department for PWC and Deloitte.
FR holds a Master in Law from the University of Paris XII, is graduated from the Institut de Droit des Affaires of Paris II-Assas and from ESSEC business school in International Business Law and Management.
Caroline Quéré

She has previously worked in a number of global financial institutions, including Credit Suisse in France where she worked as a director heading the Compliance and Risks departments for Private Banking and Investment Banking activities and ensuring an oversight role on risks in Western Europe region, EFG Banque in France where she worked as head of Compliance and Risks for Private Banking and Asset Management activities, and BNP Paribas Luxembourg where she worked in Compliance for Wealth Management International activities.
She holds a Master post graduate degree in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris-Assas and is graduated from ESSEC business school in International Business Law and Management.
Cyrus Wardjawand

He started his career at DZ Bank Luxembourg in 1987 before leaving the bank as an authorized officer in 1998 to join Banca Del Gottardo as a Senior Vice President. In 2007, he joined EFG Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. in the same position.
He left EFG Luxembourg on December 31, 2014 to join the launch of Spirit Asset Management. In addition to his position of Senior Vice President in wealth management and advisory services dedicated to private clients, Cyrus is also a Member of our Board of Director.
Pierre Ruhl

He has spent his entire career in the banking world and worked for 17 years for the Edmond de Rothschild Europe group, successively holding the positions of Senior Private Banker, Head of the French market, Head of the European Desk and member of the Management Committee.
Pierre has a strong expertise in advising, structuring and implementing tailor-made investment solutions for ultra-high net worth individuals and institutions.
He holds a Master degree in Banking and Asset Management from the University of Clermont Ferrand.
Ulf Mennenkamp

Before, he has been involved in the private banking and asset management business for more than 25 years in three different financial institutions, providing wealth management and tailor-made solutions to an international clientele, both in Germany and Luxembourg.
Furthermore, Ulf is a member of the investment funds committee.
Guido Berresheim

Previously, he worked for 3 different private banks in Luxembourg. During his work for EFG Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. in 2007, he launched the Ganador Spirit Invest Fund together with his colleagues. Guido is a member of the investment funds committee.
Alexander Paulus

Before, he has been involved in the private banking and asset management business for more than 24 years, working for four different banks, providing wealth management and tailor-made solutions to an international clientele.
Alexander is a member of the investment funds committee and Head of Asset Management.
Ilona Friedrich

She has been working as a Customer Relationship Manager for two major Swiss banks providing overall financial services to an international clientele.
Ilona joined Spirit Asset Management at inception as a Vice President.
Richard Faber

He started his career at DZ PRIVATBANK S.A. in 1993. He was regularly involved in strategic investment and audit committees of the bank. During this time, Richard qualified as a Financial Consultant (HfB) and an Estate Planner (HfB) in order to use this “know-how” in his holistic advisory approach for clients.
Richard joined Spirit Asset Management S.A. as Senior Vice President in March 2023.
Franck Lortilloir

He started his career at Crédit Agricole Ile de France as a Client Advisor and then as a Wealth Management Advisor.
Thanks to this experience Franck joined Edmond de Rothschild in Luxembourg and will be serving clients for 13 years, advising them on asset management, structuring, life insurance, loans, …..
Thomas Veit

Passionate about asset management, Thomas implements and manages tailor-made investment solutions with an expertise and dynamic approach to fixed income management combined with a differentiating approach to the equity market.
Previously, he worked for 7 years at Edmond de Rothschild Europe as a Portfolio Manager, during which time he developed a comprehensive and innovative bond management offering for private and institutional clients.
Thomas graduated from ISG Paris with a Master degree (Major of Promotion) in financial engineering and market finance.
Tanguy Besrest

From 2016 to 2018 he was Portfolio Manager at Nordea Bank S.A. where he was managing some investment funds. He was also in charge of discretionary mandate portfolios for private clients.
Prior to joining Spirit Asset Management, he was Head of Portfolio Management at Nevastar Finance focusing on ultra-high, high net worth clients and Family Offices and on the management of several UCITS and AIF investment funds.
Tanguy holds a master’s degree in engineering from Ecole Centrale d’Electronique.
He is a member of the investment funds committee and co-head of the Asset Management.
Damien Cabadi

Prior, Damien was Chief Financial Officer of MassMutual Europe SA and Head of Accountancy of Cardif Lux International SA.
He holds a Bank Finance Insurance Master I (Paris Dauphine), a Master II related to Real Estate (Sorbonne and E.N.P.C.) and he is now graduating with an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
Bertrand Dlugosz

He started his career in a Luxembourg management company managing several investment funds. Then, he joined the Private Bank of Edmond de Rothschild Europe as an Operational Risk Officer.
Bertrand graduated from ISC Paris Business School with a master’s degree in Market Finance.
