Spirit Asset Management is fully regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier („CSSF“) of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, and offers a comprehensive range of investment management services, together with its banking partners in Luxembourg and abroad. Spirit Asset Management also got approval to provide services in the major European countries and is audited by Deloitte as internal auditor and KPMG as external auditor.
Spirit Asset Management was founded in 2014 by a group of renowned entrepreneurial financiers who have dedicated their careers to providing first-class, innovative tailor-made solutions within the wealth management industry to private wealth assets designed to meet the distinct needs of each client. How We Operate?
Being an External Asset Manager, Spirit Asset Management operates on a tripartite relationship with our banking partners. Our clients sign a mandate with us which authorizes Spirit Asset Management to manage their assets and only to manage their assets. Clients, as account holders, keep the relationship with the bank for all others banking activities (withdrawal, transfer, etc …).
Spirit Asset Management has developed a solid and trustful banking network in Luxembourg, but also in Germany, Belgium and France.
